We optimize

Most packaging can be subject to an optimization process by changing its design or adapting the component papers of the corrugated board itself to suit actual needs. In addition to the vast amount of experience in our team, at Colorbox24 we use, among other things, the BSE (Box Strength Estimation) system from Femat (https://fematsystems.pl/bse-system).

BSE is an innovative system (hardware & software) for predicting the compressive strength of corrugated cardboard packaging. By measuring 4 key parameters of corrugated board (bending, edge crushing, shearing and torsion tests), we can virtually determine the desired quality of corrugated board to be used in the production of packaging of a given shape and design.
